Azimut Cava Brut Nature is a sparkling wine from Spain's Penedès region, crafted by Cellers de Can Suriol del Castell. This Cava is produced using the traditional method, undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle, and is aged on its lees for a minimum of 10 months, resulting in fine, persistent bubbles and a creamy texture.
Grape Varieties: The wine is a blend of indigenous Spanish grapes: Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada. These varieties contribute to its fresh and vibrant character.
Tasting Notes: Azimut Cava Brut Nature presents a pale yellow hue with fine, consistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, toasted almonds, and delicate white flowers.
