Check out this awesome Pinot Noir! It comes from some seriously old vines, about 60 years old, growing in clay and limestone soils. They're looked after with sustainable care and hand-picked for perfection. The grapes get fermented with natural yeast and then hang out for about a year in big neutral barrels. After that, it's lightly filtered (no fining) and bottled up. This wine is all about easy-going fruity vibes, with a light red color, soft tannins, and plenty of dark fruit flavors. It's a great match for a charcuterie plate, paté, or any lighter meat dishes you're into. Cheers!
So..What's natural wine again?
