Varietal: VERMENTINO

Region:

Country: France

Volume: 250ml

Crafted from 100% Vermentino grapes, this wine epitomizes purity and authenticity. Produced through natural vinification without sulfur, enzymes, or additives, it offers a genuine expression of the grape and terroir.

The grapes underwent a 4-week infusion maceration after destemming, enhancing its depth and structure. A full 100% malolactic fermentation (MLF) further refines its character, while its unfiltered nature preserves its natural nuances.

Aged in stainless steel tanks, this Vermentino boasts a crisp acidity balanced by subtle fruitiness. With 12.5% VOL. and a total SO2 of 30mg/L, it's vibrant yet stable. The wine's lively acidity (AT 3.3) and refreshing pH of 3.6 make it a perfect pairing for light seafood or as a delightful aperitif.

Indulge in this Vermentino Sans Soufre for a true taste of natural winemaking and the essence of Vermentino.
