Raw is a tart, floral and slightly funky dry cider that is our take on Basque-style ciders from Spain. It undergoes three fermentations, the first led by native yeasts, and is then aged on lees for 8 months.

Apples: Dabinett, Wickson Crab, Somerset, Red streak, Manchurian Crab, Northern Spy, Ellis Bitter, Stoke Red, Rhode Island Greening

Tasting Notes: Green apple flavors with herbaceous and umami notes. This cider begs to be paired with rich food and has a thirst quenching freshness and live probiotics.

GLINTCAP: 2017 Bronze Medal, 2018 Silver Medal, 2019 Bronze Medal
