Granite soil with a sunny spot. Yep, it's grown organically.

How it's made: Grapes get hand-picked and sorted out in the vineyard. They take a gentle stomping and hang out in the mix for about 10 days. Come summer, it's bottled up, no fining, filtering, or added sulfites.

Taste: Think easy and tasty Pinot with zingy fruit and a nice, fresh kick.
