Sikele Terre Siciliane White 2022

This organic wine undergoes a 13-hour skin maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. It is aged for six months in concrete and an additional three months in the bottle. The wine is unfiltered, unfined, and contains minimal added sulfites.

Tasting Notes: Exhibits notes of ginger, honey, and apricot, with a bright citrus palate and gentle tannins.
