Introducing the winemaker,Todd's unique creation, blending apples and grapes in a fun and continuing experiment. Named after one of Todd's old bands, this wine embodies creativity and innovation.

The 2021 edition features a cider base crafted from Golden Russet, Ben Davis, and Idared apples, sourced from an IPM-farmed orchard in Ontario County, North Fork. Aged on Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Gamay skins, this blend offers a unique fusion of fruit flavors.

The cider is pressed directly into tanks with spent red grape pomace, aged in neutral French oak barrels for 4 months, and bottled with local wildflower honey for a sparkling finish. Unfined, unfiltered, and with zero SO2 added, this wine is a pure expression of Todd's experimental approach.

In the glass, Todd's Experimental Blend is reminiscent of pink Hawaiian Punch: tart, refreshing, and tropical. It's a wine that invites you to embrace the joy of experimentation and discovery.
