Here's the lowdown on how this beauty came to be: The Syrah grapes were hand-picked and pressed right away, with a sprinkle of SO2 for good measure. After a bit of settling, the wine got comfy in two egg-shaped tanks to work its fermentation magic with native yeast for about 11 days. Meanwhile, the Petite Sirah, harvested a tad later, went for a direct press and had its own spontaneous fermentation party in a stainless steel tank. Both wines aged gracefully on their lees until mid-October when they finally joined forces to become the dynamic duo we know and love as "Where's Linus? Rosé".
As for its personality, this rosé is fruity, alive, savory, and lip-smackingly zesty. It's the easy-drinking rosé we all crave, perfect for any occasion that calls for a glass of something delicious.
