A wine that captures the heart and soul of the Mediterranean through the vibrant Monastrell grape. Grown in a certified organic vineyard with limestone soils, this wine is a true testament to nature's bounty and the art of winemaking.
Hand-harvested and carefully processed, the Monastrell grapes undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, lasting between 2 to 3 weeks. This meticulous process, coupled with continuous over-pumping, extracts the maximum intensity of color and aromas, creating a wine that is as visually stunning as it is aromatic.
Upon completion of the fermentation, the wine is gently fined and filtered (vegan-certified) to preserve its natural clarity and bottled with a touch of sulfur to maintain its vibrancy and freshness.
In the glass, Zillamina Red reveals a brilliant ruby red hue with a youthful purple rim. The nose is greeted with rich aromas of red forest fruits, complemented by enticing whiffs of spices. On the palate, the wine is well-structured, powerful, and perfectly balanced, with notes of black fruits that proudly showcase its Mediterranean heritage.
