Winemaking Process: Grapes are handpicked and destemmed before fermentation in previously used 500, 1000, and 1500-liter barrels. The wine ages in 500-liter barrels for approximately 8 months without stirring. It's bottled without fining, filtering, and without adding any sulfur.
